It's our 30th Garden Walk on Saturday, June 10 from 10 am to 4 pm! We're celebrating with an incredible line-up:
Five unique private gardens, an organic local farm, and a native plant nursery.
Among the private gardens, you'll discover a certified nature habitat, an Underground Railroad site with historic significance, a creekside retreat tended for more than 25 years, and a beautifully whimsical landscape where dinosaurs roam. We'll also revisit a past Garden Walk favorite, a lovely garden and studio where creativity (and fairies) abound.
At Green Things Farm and Feral Floral (co-located), you'll get a behind-the-scenes look into organic farming and propagation, and meet the passionate people committed to promoting local food, flowers, and environmental sustainability.
A plant table featuring splits and divisions of perennials from the gardens of Ann Arbor Farm & Garden members is a new feature this year. Located at one of the gardens, Walkers are welcome to take a few pots of nature home! Donations will be accepted. Look for details in your email receipt.
The Treat Truck, an Ann Arbor-based company, will be located at Garden 4 from noon to 3 pm, selling sweet treats that are 100% vegan, dairy-free and plant-based.
As always, proceeds from the Garden Walk fund AAF&G’s annual grant and scholarship awards, supporting local garden and farm projects and education. Visit our Giving page to learn more about our impact within the community.
Purchasers will receive an email receipt with full event details. This receipt must be presented at the first garden location visited to receive a wristband for entry into all locations.
