Cheryl has been in the business of growing flowers her whole life and has been a vendor at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market for over 50 years.

Earth Day Fest: One Community/One Planet: Growing Hope hosts an Earth Day celebration on April 20th from 1 pm-5 pm at the Ypsilanti Farmers MarketPlace (16 S. Washington). This celebration highlights folks and organizations working in the community in various realms of environmental justice and gives participants tangible next steps and tools to use in their own context. A few highlights include: first free seedling distribution of the season, a compost workshop, a seed swap, a community project, and much more!
A daylong celebration of gardening, nature, and hands-on activities! Gardening & Farm Fest features artisans and farmers selling their wares, along with representatives from local farms. AAF&G will have a table at the event to promote our group and the Garden Walk. Volunteers are needed.
